Shipping & Delivery Policy

All the customer orders are accepted online at the company’s backend office which are placed on our e-commerce portal www.wellnesscart.in. Kindly mention your correct address of delivery with the pin code number for a flawless and quick processing. Once the order is accepted and processed including the payment confirmation, it is then forwarded to the respective Area Franchisee or Master Franchisee as per the pin code number of the place of delivery. All our Area Franchisees and Master Franchisees are mapped according to the pin code numbers for the area of their operations respectively. Once the order is forwarded to the respective Area Franchisee or the Master Franchisee for execution, they will process the same and will assign the product for delivery with the authorized logistic company / Courier Company. The logistics company is supposed to pick up the product from the Area Franchisee or the Master Franchisee and deliver the same to the assigned consignee as per the dispatch label put on the product. The product will be packed in the outer packaging material like corrugated box or carton to ensure the damage free delivery to the customer. If there is no Area Franchisee or Master Franchisee existing in any state for any of the customer, our company backend office will process the order and our company warehousing team will dispatch the product to the ordering customer by authorized logistics / Courier Company.

Wellthylife would normally deliver the product at no extra shipping cost. The shipping cost, if extra for any product than the MRP, will be mentioned on the website www.wellnesscart.in and will be communicated to the customer while placing the order itself. If there is extra shipping cost, the same will be added to the final invoice figure for the customer to pay.

The modes of payment for the orders are – Debit Card / Credit Card / Net-banking through our payment gateway or WELLthyLife Valet wherein the reward points accumulated could be redeemed against the purchase of any products.

We would normally process the order in 2 to 3 working days after receiving the payment confirmation. Once the product is handed over to the logistics company, it is expected that the logistic company would take app 4 to 8 working days depending on the connectivity of the place of delivery. Under no circumstances shall WELLthyLife be responsible for the delay in delivery and any sort of compensation once the product is handed over to the logistic company well in time. There may be any of the natural calamities or any such reasons like transport’s strike, road closed, etc which may delay the deliveries and the same is out of control of the company as well as our Area Franchisees or Master Franchisees including the logistic company. The link to track your orders will be very much provided on our e-commerce portal – www.wellnesscart.in and you can check the present status of your order at any given time. If the product due to any reason is not delivered to you within 15 days of placing the order, kindly contact our head office at 022-2789 4866 or write to us at customercare@wellnesscart.in.

If you receive the product in damaged condition, the seal broken condition or the product is different than what you ordered, please do not open the seal of the product and inform us immediately at 022-2789 4866 or write to us at customercare@wellnesscart.in. Such product/s on verification will be replaced with the right products within 15 days from receipt of the complaint.
