Organic green tea and organic black tea is same other than that black tea is oxidized and green tea is not. While making black tea, the leaves are first rolled and then exposed to air to trigger the oxidation process. The colour of the tea leaves turns darker and allows the flavours intensify.

Black tea is a power for your heart. Theaflavins in black tea help to lower blood cholesterol. Flavonoids in black tea helps reduce heart disease by 8% as per research. This is as good as red wine, dark chocolate and nuts.

Like coffee, Black tea has caffeine. It contains an amino acid called L-theanine. The power of caffeine and L-theanine helps improving alertness and focus. The combination is these two gives stable energy other than instant ones.

You can use about 4-5 gm of GoYNG Black Tea which means 5-7 leaves for a standard cup. The longer you keep the stronger the tea.

Very easy. When warm water is put, natural black tea leaved will completely unfurl in your Tea Infuser or Pot. You can use it again and again for the day the taste does not fade.

The tea leaves that are plucked are taken to the factory but there are none of the processes that take place. The leaves are spread into a thin layer to allow it to wither (to reduce the moisture content in the fresh leaf). Each leaf & a bud or two leaves and a bud is then rolled by women, gently in the palms of their hand to create Teas.

This is original Tea leaves hand rolled and packed. It is advised to take 2 gm for a cup of tea for 5 minutes. It does not taste nothing but only the natural tea leaf . If user needs it stronger it is suggested to take more leaves.

There is no significant side effects of consuming Black tea. Though drinking more than 4 cups of black tea might cause side effects due to the caffeine content.
